Temporary mode: your form is not permanently saved. Existing learners can sign in to save versions once storage is available.

Saved drafts remain until you remove them. Deleting a saved draft removes its application record; downloaded copies and retained hosting backups are separate. Policy & data requests ↗

All ten sections are available below. No information is sent to an external AI service.

Step 1 / 10

Career target

Choose a role and describe the context. Selecting a path never adds qualifications.

Classic Professional

Conventional chronology, restrained rules and clear headings.

Modern Minimal

Refined spacing and a single dark teal accent.

Technical / Data Careers

Skills and inspectable project evidence, with readable links.

Example only: Analyst application — version A
Use the actual role title, or a clear role you are preparing for.
Choose the closest field; the wording remains yours.
Projects and education appear earlier for early-career resumes.
General market only. No nationality or immigration details required.
Guidance is in English. Names and text support the documented embedded font coverage.
Paste public role requirements, without private recruiter messages. The local comparison is vocabulary matching, not an ATS or hiring score.
Step 2 / 10

Contact information

Use only the professional details you want on the exported document.

Your actual name. Do not enter a full residential address, date of birth or identification numbers.
Required for final export, optional while drafting.
Include a country code if appropriate.
A general location is sufficient.
Use a complete https:// URL that you have permission to share.
Link to work you can explain; check repository visibility yourself.
No link is visited by the PDF generator.
Step 3 / 10

Professional summary

Explain your relevant background and direction. A concise learner profile is appropriate for students.

Role-specific illustrative writing prompts

Use these structures only with your own verified evidence. They are not statements about your qualifications.

  • Data Analyst: name a business question, the data you checked and how you explained the result.
  • Data Scientist: describe a prediction task, baseline, validation design and model limitations.
  • Data Engineer: explain a source-to-target workflow, quality checks and failure handling.
  • BI Analyst: describe a metric definition, reporting model, dashboard checks and audience.
  • ML Engineer: connect a model artifact to input validation, evaluation, monitoring and a reproducible release.
  • Other technology role: describe the system/problem, your contribution and a checked output.

For students: a learner profile can emphasize genuine study and independently completed projects. Do not imply professional experience you have not had.

Aim for 2–4 concise lines. Illustrative pattern: “[Actual background] practising [demonstrable skills], with an independently completed [honestly labelled project].” Do not copy claims you cannot support.
Step 4 / 10

Education

Add real qualifications. Expected completion dates must be clearly marked.

Education entry 1
Use the exact qualification; do not imply an award not received.
Actual institution or training provider.
General city or region.
YYYY or YYYY-MM.
Check only if the date is expected rather than completed.
Keep only topics relevant to this application.
State genuine awards only.
Include only an accurate value with its scale, if appropriate.
Step 5 / 10

Skills

Group skills you can demonstrate. No proficiency is inferred from a course or career selection.

Skills entry 1
For example: Programming; SQL & databases; Statistics; BI; ML; Cloud; Developer tools; Communication.
One skill per line or a concise comma-separated list. Include evidence in a project or experience entry.
Step 6 / 10

Work experience

A responsibility describes a task. An accomplishment explains a verified output or result. Use action + task + method + checked result; never invent metrics.

Experience entry 1
Your genuine job title. Learning projects belong in Projects.
Actual organization; do not turn a fictional teaching case into employment.
General location or remote.
YYYY or YYYY-MM.
YYYY or YYYY-MM, unless current.
Only for a role you currently hold.
One bullet per line. Illustrative only: “Analyzed sales data using SQL to prepare a checked monthly report.” Describe your own work and verified outcomes.
Only tools actually used in this role.
Step 7 / 10

Projects

Show the problem, implementation, independent contribution and evidence. Label fictional data and team work accurately.

Projects entry 1
A real project you completed or are accurately describing as in progress.
Do not present shared work as solely your own.
State the source and scope; identify fictional teaching data.
Which question or decision did the project address?
Only those used in your implementation.
What did you personally implement, test and explain? Credit collaborators.
Describe relevant implementation and validation steps.
Use checked outputs with scope and limits. A fictional case does not establish commercial business impact.
A complete http(s) URL. Review permissions and avoid confidential source files.
Step 8 / 10

Certifications & training

A course completion is not automatically a professional certification. Use the accurate designation.

Certifications entry 1
Use the actual award or training title.
Actual provider.
YYYY or YYYY-MM.
Omit when not applicable.
Only share identifiers intended for public verification.
A public verification URL you are permitted to share.
Step 9 / 10

Optional sections

Include only information relevant to this role. Empty sections are omitted.

Additional entry 1
Choose a conventional heading.
Describe genuine activities, dates and your contribution. One item per line.
Step 10 / 10

Review & export

Verify facts, dates, links and reading order before sharing. ATS implementations differ; no format guarantees selection.

All templates are single-column with selectable text.
Default US Letter; choose A4 where appropriate. Margins are 0.65 inches.
Early-career candidates can emphasize projects and education. Relevant experience may justify more than one page; do not force tiny text.

Before you export

  • Check your name, email, target role, dates and links.
  • Remove unused entries and unsupported skills; distinguish learning projects from employment.
  • Check spelling, consistency, individual contribution and source attribution.
  • Confirm that numerical results are verified, with no invented impact.
  • Inspect the downloaded PDF in your reader, including every page and link. ATS behavior varies.

PDF supports English-language resumes with Latin, Greek and Cyrillic text. Unsupported glyphs and complex scripts produce a clear error instead of a damaged document. DOCX export is not offered.

Export creates a file for this request only. Your browser receives the download; it is not published or retained as a generated file.

Next/Previous changes the visible step only. Save draft & continue saves to your account when available. Duplicate copies the last saved version. Unsaved edits remain in this page; leaving or refreshing can lose them.
