Your task

Create a pivot with period in Rows, net_cents summed in Values and completed selected in status Filter. Write the metric definition and output unit before choosing a formula.

Hint

Use a separate calculation area so the raw source stays unchanged. Keep excluded rows and reconcile the total.

Worked solution

April 30000 cents; May 40000 cents; grand total 70000 cents. Format or separately divide by 100; renaming the field EUR does not change units.

Boundary check

Refresh after any source change, ensure the table range includes new rows, and compare the grand total to SUMIFS.
