Record tool/model if known, date, task assisted, output you adopted, checks you performed and your independent contribution. Respect any assessment/employer restriction. Do not claim generated work as independently produced.
Practice
Add an assistance note to your case README, or explicitly say no AI assistance if accurate. Explain one suggestion you rejected and why.
Boundary
The platform does not automatically verify external AI answers. You remain responsible for checking source meaning, calculations, privacy and permission before using a result.
