Grievance Redressal
Effective Date: Jun 21, 2026
Last Updated: Jun 21, 2026
This Grievance Redressal Policy explains how DataCareerHub receives, reviews, and responds to concerns submitted by website visitors, subscribers, job seekers, users of career resources, users of job-alert services, users requesting privacy assistance, and persons contacting DataCareerHub about analytics or toolkit-related services. The purpose of this policy is to provide a clear review channel while protecting DataCareerHub, its users, and third parties from fraudulent, abusive, unsupported, automated, or bad-faith submissions.
DataCareerHub operates as a career resources, job alert, job listing, analytics portfolio, and analytics solutions information platform. It is not an employer, recruitment agency, staffing agency, immigration adviser, legal adviser, financial adviser, bank, payment aggregator, payment gateway, or government employment service. A grievance submitted to DataCareerHub will be reviewed in relation to DataCareerHub-controlled website content, forms, subscriptions, communications, privacy handling, platform records, and service communications. Issues controlled by employers, job boards, payment providers, banks, hosting providers, third-party websites, or external platforms may need to be raised with those third parties directly.
Scope of Grievance Review
You may contact DataCareerHub about privacy concerns, inaccurate personal information, unsubscribe or consent-withdrawal issues, content corrections, outdated or misleading career resources, problematic job listing information, suspected impersonation, spam, misuse, technical problems, accessibility concerns, intellectual-property concerns, payment or refund concerns where applicable, subscriber guidance issues, or unresolved support matters connected to DataCareerHub-controlled services.
If the concern relates to a third-party job listing, employer career page, job board, external application system, external course, analytics tool, payment provider, or linked website, DataCareerHub may review whether its own page, link, description, or source reference should be corrected. DataCareerHub cannot control third-party hiring decisions, application outcomes, employer communications, role availability, salary details, sponsorship decisions, payment-provider settlement timelines, third-party privacy practices, third-party account access, or external website availability.
Submitting a Grievance
A grievance may be sent to support@datacareerhub.io. To help DataCareerHub review the matter, your message should include your name, email address, the relevant page URL or service area, a clear description of the issue, the date you noticed it, the action you are requesting, and any non-confidential screenshots, references, payment reference, unsubscribe details, or communication history that may help verify the concern.
Please do not send passwords, OTPs, full card numbers, bank passwords, payment credentials, private government IDs, confidential employer data, restricted client files, medical information, student records, or sensitive documents through ordinary email or public forms. If a matter requires sensitive information, DataCareerHub may ask you to use a more appropriate method or may decline to collect the information if it is not necessary for review.
Verification and Review
DataCareerHub may need to verify email ownership, identity, authority to act for another person, ownership of copyrighted material, payment reference, subscriber status, or the connection between the complainant and the reported issue. Requests that cannot be reasonably verified may be limited, delayed, or declined, especially where disclosure, deletion, restriction, refund review, content removal, security action, or third-party rights are involved.
After receiving a grievance, DataCareerHub may review platform records, subscription records, consent logs, website content, job listing source information, communication history, technical logs, payment-related references where applicable, and other relevant records. Some matters may require technical review, privacy review, content review, security review, or communication with a third-party source. DataCareerHub will try to respond within a reasonable period, but timing may depend on the complexity of the issue, verification requirements, service-provider responses, legal obligations, and the information supplied by the complainant.
Possible Outcomes
Depending on the nature of the grievance, DataCareerHub may correct website content, update or remove a link, clarify a resource, mark a job listing as expired, unsubscribe an email address, correct or delete personal information where appropriate, respond with an explanation, request additional information, preserve relevant records, restrict abusive submissions, escalate a security issue, review a payment or refund concern under the applicable policy, or determine that no action is required.
Submitting a grievance does not guarantee a specific result, compensation, refund, employment outcome, interview, job offer, content removal, third-party response, payment-provider action, or legal remedy. DataCareerHub will review concerns reasonably and in good faith, but it cannot guarantee outcomes controlled by employers, job boards, payment providers, banks, third-party platforms, or facts that cannot be verified.
False, Abusive, or Misuse-Oriented Submissions
DataCareerHub may decline, limit, or stop responding to grievances that appear abusive, threatening, defamatory, fraudulent, repetitive, automated, irrelevant, unsupported, submitted under false identity, intended to harass DataCareerHub or third parties, or designed to misuse privacy, refund, content, or grievance processes. DataCareerHub may preserve relevant logs, messages, metadata, and records where necessary to protect the platform, investigate misuse, prevent fraud, comply with law, resolve disputes, or enforce legal rights.
Privacy, Record Retention, and Confidentiality
Information submitted with a grievance will be used to review and respond to the issue, communicate with the complainant, protect the platform, maintain security, process privacy or unsubscribe requests, investigate misuse, comply with applicable law, and preserve records where reasonably necessary. Some records may be retained even after a request is resolved where retention is required or appropriate for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, accounting/tax records, payment disputes, unsubscribe suppression, backup integrity, dispute resolution, or enforcement of rights.
Privacy-related grievances should be read with the Privacy Policy and the Data Deletion and Privacy Request page. Content and platform-use concerns should also be read with the Terms of Use and the Disclaimer. Payment or cancellation concerns, where applicable, should be read with the Payment Terms and the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Indian Legal Context
Where applicable, DataCareerHub grievance handling may be read with relevant Indian legal and regulatory frameworks, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and related rules, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and applicable rules or notifications, consumer protection and e-commerce principles where applicable, Indian contract principles, payment-provider rules, tax/GST obligations where relevant, and lawful directions from competent authorities. DataCareerHub does not present this grievance process as a substitute for rights or remedies available under applicable law.
For privacy-related grievances, DataCareerHub may ask the user to verify the email address or authority connected with the request before disclosing, correcting, deleting, or restricting personal information. For payment-related matters, banks, payment gateways, card issuers, payment aggregators, or other payment providers may apply their own verification, settlement, reversal, chargeback, refund, and dispute rules in addition to DataCareerHub policies.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Subject to applicable law and any mandatory consumer, data-protection, payment, or platform rules that cannot be excluded, this Grievance Redressal Policy, the use of DataCareerHub, service communications, subscription requests, privacy requests, payment or refund concerns where applicable, and disputes arising from or relating to DataCareerHub-controlled website services shall be governed by the laws of India.
Subject to applicable law, courts and competent authorities in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to DataCareerHub, this policy, website use, subscriptions, career resources, job listings, service enquiries, privacy requests, grievance handling, payment or refund concerns where applicable, and related communications. If a written service agreement, invoice, proposal, payment-provider rule, consumer law, data-protection law, or other mandatory legal requirement provides a more specific forum or process, that specific arrangement may apply to the relevant matter.
