Include SQL, Excel, Python, Power BI, Tableau, statistics, experimentation, data modeling, ETL, and stakeholder communication only when your experience or projects support them.
Mirror the role language
If the posting emphasizes product metrics, forecasting, dashboards, or operations, describe relevant work using the same accurate terminology. Do not stuff unrelated keywords.
Write impact-focused bullets
Use a simple structure: action, method, scope, and outcome. For example, explain what you analyzed, which tools you used, how large or frequent the process was, and what decision improved.
Keep the resume easy to parse
Use standard headings, simple formatting, consistent dates, and text rather than images for important content. Proofread role names, technologies, and measurable results.
